Are you looking for a family outing? Come to Cassidy Orchard and combine your traditional apple picking activity with a picnic! You’ll find everything you need on site: we have pastries and fresh products at the kiosk, as well as a Bistro and a Food Truck. Your children can also visit our mini-farm and have fun in our play area.
Cassidy Orchards
Where picking your own apples is a tradition!
In 1892, the Cassidy family bought the farm located on old route 52 (now route 202). In the 1960s, the Cassidys launched the region’s first U-Pick, as well as a roadside apple stand with an “honour payment system”. This payment system, which is still in place today, piques the interest of our visitors.
In 1993, with no one to inherit the farm, the Cassidys passed the torch to the Weibel-Droulers family, who owned it for the next 19 years.
We started this amazing adventure in 2012, and invite you to enjoy the best pick-your-own experience or simply try our homemade products.
Come visit us as a family, with friends, or in a group. Our little corner of paradise is just 45 minutes outside of Montreal. We look forward to having you!
